Programming Strategy, Content Planning and Staff Development
As part of a consulting team that led the complete redesign and relaunch of NHL.com, I developed the new site content plan and programming calendar and was responsible for planning and implementation to meet the season's relaunch deadline, including realignment of existing editorial staff to meet new site requirements.
As part of this planning process, I wrote and produced a Creators Guide for the NHL that was used by the national digital organization and by the digital editors of the league's 15 teams.

I wrote and edited this booklet to be used by writers, editors and digital leadership of NHL.com to provide a standard approach to dealing with the traditions, styles and issues that are part of this world renowned professional hockey league.
