Product Strategy, Programming Operations and Organization
As a full-time consultant and adviser to Entertainment Benefits Group, this project included development of product strategy, product planning and operations for creation and launch of a new entertainment and travel e-commerce portal for New York.
Project included site design, organization, recruiting, content, video, workflow and daily operations.
Scope also included content and coordination for launch marketing campaign and development of the New York Moment launch video project featuring notable New York characters.
New York Moment: Jorge Colombo
Jorge Colombo created the first iPad cover for The New Yorker in 2009. He has done many others since then, often drawing his inspiration from his ride to work aboard the East River ferry. This is one of a series of videos for NewYork.com that portray the character of the people and places that make the city unique. The video was shot and edited by David Beilinson.

#WeLoveThisCity: Launch marketing video
Created by Situation Interactive, this video launched a UGC-driven campaign to introduce the new NewYork.com. The agency enlisted Instagrammers who had focused on New York as a passion project to show why people love the city in all its variations and visual glory.
